Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This Contract consists of: Supply and installation of automatic, timed locks on multiple park restroom buildings throughout the City of Manitowoc. Automatic locks will consist of an electric strike, battery backup power supply with batteries, and timer/controller along with all incidentals including handles, fillers, and other hardware necessary for a properly functioning finished product. Some of these restroom buildings may require the replacement of current door closers, frames, and/or doors for automatic locks to function properly. See construction notes for more specifics. All new locks shall be keyed to existing key specifications. All electrical connections shall be made by a licensed electrician. All newly installed doors shall open outward. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5%of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
