This tender does not include labor with non-construction cards. Contractors will be able to bid for one, two or three lots. Contracts will be awarded by lot. To this end, the tenderer must complete a batch submission form indicating the batch number for which he wishes to tender. A map of the territory covered by the CISSSME, as well as a list of installations by lot are included at the end of the estimate. (See Appendices A and B) The contractor must consider that he may be called upon to more than one installation at a time, and must therefore ensure that he has the required personnel. The CISSS de la Monteregie-Est wishes to receive tenders in order to establish an hourly rate contract for the following trades: o Plumber (journeyman) o Apprentice plumber 1st year; o Apprentice plumber 2nd year; o Apprentice plumber 3rd year; o Apprentice plumber 4th year; o Foreman; CONTEXT OF REALIZATION OF THE MANDATE The Monteregie-Est Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSSME) is a result of the group of Health and Social Services Centers (CSSS) Richelieu Yamaska, Pierre Boucher and Pierre-de-Sorel as well as the Center jeunesse de la Monteregie. In total, there are more than 50 facilities grouped into three lots, each occupying an area on the territory. (See the map and the list of facilities and their addresses in the Appendix, at the end of this document. * The list is exhaustive, there may be additions or withdrawals from certain establishments). As an indication, the CISSS du Monteregie-Est, represented here by the Technical Services Department (DST), plans to undertake asset maintenance work, functional renovations, maintenance and renovation of installations in terms of plumbing systems. in several facilities. This work may be carried out under the execution on demand contract. The total work is defined, per lot, annually as follows: 1. Lot 1 - Saint-Hyacinthe and around: $200,000 ($600,000 for the duration of 3 years) 2. Lot 2 - Sorel and around: $250,000 ($750,000 for the duration of 3 years) 3. Lot 3 - Longueuil and surrounding area: $225,000 ($675,000 for the duration of 3 years) The work concerned by this contract is work to be carried out on request. The CISSS de la Monteregie-Est can, if it wishes, provide all or part of the materials needed to carry out the project(s). Only plumbing contractors who hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B -1.1) are authorized to bid. In order to be compliant, the tenderer must have carried out and completed: 1- At least five (5) projects, valued at $10,000 or more, in the last five years, involving clients in the health network, including at least one in a CHSLD or hospital.
