Renovation of a detention facility in Susanville, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of August 12, 2022, all bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Bidders security of bid bond, cash, cashiers check or certified check in the amount of at least 10 percent of the base bid must accompany this proposal. If bid bond is used as security, it is to be executed on the appropriate form attached to this proposal. The bond must be executed by an admitted surety insurer Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services Upon Approval Termination of Agreement 547 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) The State estimates that the total amount of this Agreement shall not exceed $708,000.00 Letters of Inquiry June 17, 2022 Any letters of inquiry must be submitted in writing to allow CDCR time to research and prepare a response.
