Renovation of a detention facility in Susanville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
As of August 17th, 2022, project has not been awarded. It is expexted to be awarded on the next 3-4 weeks Roofing membrane, membrane flashings, detail Membrane 24" X 50', G410 white strip 8" X100' (67SF roll), roofing insulation, tapered insulation, foil face tapes, termination tapes, fasteners, anchors, termination bars, protection walk pads, pipe flashings, pre-primed barrier boards, stainless steel pipe clamps, pre-formed crickets and cant, scuppers and retro-fit roof drain insert extensions. All extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation, XPS tapered insulation, vapor barrier retarder, gypsum sheathing and protection roof boards (primed and un-primed, all membrane for roof, wall, base, scuppers, roof vents, flashings, mechanical curbs and walk pads. Inquiries/questions: Written questions must be received by 5:00 PM, close of business on July 8, 2022. For the purposes of this solicitation, contract award will be made on the basis of "All or None" The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids if the State determines that a bidder's bid was non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
