The Project is located on Routes 5, 70, 89, 99, and 273, in the counties of Lassen, Plumas, Shasta, Siskiyou, and Tehema at various locations. The Project will install broadband conduit, fiber, and required appurtenances. A more detailed description of the Project is contained in Appendix A. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2023 US dollars) is $87,500,000 for construction capital. The original and an electronic submittal of the SOQ shall be provided. The original shall be identified on its front cover, in the upper right-hand corner as Original. One copy of each completed Disclosure of Potential Conflict of Interest Certification (Appendix D), one (1) copy of each completed Prequalification Questionnaire (Appendix E), and one (1) copy of Preconstruction Services Cost Proposal are to be provided in separate sealed packages and delivered with the original SOQ to the address above.
