The bond must be executed by an admitted surety insurer Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services Upon Approval Termination of Agreement 547 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) The State estimates that the total amount of this Agreement shall not exceed $708,000.00 Letters of Inquiry June 17, 2022 Any letters of inquiry must be submitted in writing to allow CDCR time to research and prepare a response.
