**As of June 15, 2022, project was awarded to SMAF Construction, awarded amount is $658,787.81.** CROOK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT SITE IMPROVEMENTS & BUILDING FOUNDATION AREA PREPARATION REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS The Board of the Crook County School District request BIDS from experienced Contractors to make site improvements as designed by BLRB and their Consultants for a new 10,000 Sq. Ft Modular Building located at 1100 SE Lynn Blvd., Prineville, OR 97754. It is the intent of the District to enter a contract with the lowest bidder to provide the necessary equipment, material and manpower to construct the site as designed in the bid package. The contract will include a fixed fee for the entire scope of the work. Firms responding to this request will be licensed by the State of Oregon and be required to provide the required insurance and bonds. The scope of work includes but is not limited to, excavation as required by the drawings and specifications, disposal of materials, trenching and backfilling for utilities, concrete work and paving. This is a Davis-Bacon Act Prevailing Wage project therefore no bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder, as part of the bid, that Contractor agrees to be bound by and will comply with the applicable provisions of 279C.838 or 40 U.S.C 3141 to 3148."
