This Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Traffic Delineator Posts and Bases as described within the Specifications detailed within Items 1 and 2. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA A Contract will be awarded to the vendor submitting the lowest total price bid for the 2,000 traffic delineator posts and 3,000 traffic delineator bases which meets the requirements described within the Specifications listed within Items 1 and 2. DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE Vendor agrees to deliver the 2,000 traffic delineator posts and 3,000 traffic delineator bases on or before June 2, 2022 to the Shipping Address detailed above. Bids must include pricing for delivery to the Shipping Address detailed above - FOB Fredericton 119 Currie Avenue. DELIVERY STANDARDS Delineator Posts shall be shipped with 100 posts per pallet. ORDERS WITH MORE OR LESS THAN 100 PER PALLET WILL BE RETURNED. All inquiries should be received five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Delineator Post Bases shall be shipped with 100 bases per pallet. ORDERS WITH MORE OR LESS THAN 100 PER PALLET WILL BE RETURNED. Due to the lack of loading dock at the delivery address, tailgate delivery is required.
