Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 900-square-foot educational facility.
As of June 10, 2022, construction is underway. No further inquiries to be accepted. Project Number- US22104 Including but not limited to, renovations of approximately +/- 900 SF on the north (Hipp) side of the 6th and 7th floors of the existing Close-Hipp Building. The area of work includes the existing group toilets on the Hipp side of the building, and other work indicated in Bid Documents. Bidders shall submit bids in accordance of Hand-Delivery or Mail Service only. Small and Minority business participation is highly encouraged. The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. CONSTRUCTION COST RANGE: $ 175,000 to $ 225,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
