Richland School District Two will accept bids for the removal of existing and the installation of a new rooftop unit at Richland Northeast High School located at 7500 Brookfield Road, Columbia, SC 29223. A copy of this solicitation can be found on our portal,. Please contact Procurement at procurement@richland2.org for questions referencing the portal only. Question Submission Deadline: May 31, 2022, 12:00pm Scope of Work 1. Disconnect and remove the existing unit from the school's property. 2. The old unit will be hauled away by the district's maintenance department. 3. Replace existing unit with a new comparable 30 ton makeup air unit (voltage, tonnage, etc.), roofing curb, if necessary, wiring, conduit, and any other required equipment. 4. Controls must be purchased through Johnson Controls, Inc. to match existing building management system. 5. The Contractor shall guarantee the newly installed equipment if functioning as designed by the manufacturer. 6. A Factory representative must start the new unit and provide documentation. 7. Contractor shall provide the manufacturer's parts warranty and one year labor warranty. 8. Unit must have an economizer package.
