The County of Santa Clara (County) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide software, professional software support, training, and professional Architectural And Engineering services to assess existing Santa Clara County facilities and infrastructure systems, develop facility condition indexes (county-wide and facility specific), conduct facility condition assessment studies for various facilities, develop and implement a software program for facilities management and planning, and develop and implement a facilities assessment training program for County's Facilities and Fleet Department. The majority of locations served, but not limited to, by this contract will include facilities located in the cities of San Jose, Milpitas, Saratoga, Gilroy, Los Gatos, San Martin, and Mountain View. This RFP may result in a single award or multiple awards. It is the County's intent to award a contract with an initial term of three years with an option for the County to renew for two additional one-year terms, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended.
