Cultus Lake Park is requesting Proposals for the supply of all labour, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Cultus Lake Park Village Centre Plan in accordance with the specifications and locations specified in this RFP. The objective of this Project is to produce a comprehensive plan that provides clear direction for future decision-making regarding growth and infill redevelopment of the Village Center in Cultus Lake Park, with attention to promoting complete and healthy community development. It is the intent of this assignment that the Proponent will provide one designated Project Manager who will oversee, represent, and communicate directly with the Park's Project Manager. The Park estimates that the proposed work will not exceed $100,000. Should engineering work be required outside the scope of work during the review process, it will be provided by Cultus Lake Park staff.
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the CULTUS LAKE PARK VILLAGE CENTRE PLAN All Proposals received in response to this RFP will be evaluated and the Proponent judged to have the "best overall Proposal" will be selected to enter into negotiations leading to an Agreement with the Park for the Work. If negotiations with the Preferred Proponent are unsuccessful, the next highest rated Proponent may be deemed to be the Preferred Proponent and negotiations would be commenced with it.
