Q & A deadline: Apr 04, 2022 6:00:00 PM EDT Bid Comments: No Estimate will be provided for this project Description: Base bid for the Xeriscape Landscaping Contract duration: One Time Purchase Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Prices good for: 30 days Regions: Utah, Salt Lake Location: Herriman High School 11917 South 6000 West Herriman, UT 84096 Excavate dirt and old grass Prep areas for xeriscape dig dirt down 12" or to be determined at walk through Install new trees (2) Weeping White Fur Plant, (2) Austrian Black Pine Tree and (24) Karl Foerster Fountain Grass. Install weed barrier fabric Remove sprinklers and modify sprinklers to drip system to water new plants Deliver and install rock size 4" to 6" see picture sheet for example Deliver and install large boulders around the two areas size to be 2' to 3' in diameter (4) of them Concrete driveway (See site plan for dimensions) Prep area for concrete driveway dig dirt down 10" and remove turf block pavers Install 4" of road base compacted Pour new concrete driveway 6" thick 6 1/2 bag mix with proper expansion joints If needed contractor is responsible to call blue stakes Contractor is responsible to haul off all dirt, grass etc. from the job site Contractor is responsible when done that the job site is left clean Contractor is to be willing to work around school activities and during school hours Start date June 6, 2022
