Renovation of a mixed-use development in Niles, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 4,2022 This project is awarded to R.W. LaPine. With the awarded amount of $151,400.Work is expected to begin sometime in June. The scope of this project includes the removal of existing hydration stations, proper disposal of existing hydration stations, and provide and install new water A five percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of Sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for bid opening. Niles Community Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or irregularities in bids, and to accept any bid which is deemed most advantageous to the public interest.
