Renovation of a residential development in High Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
HPHA is replacing the HVAC equipment at Astor Dowdy Towers, located at 701 East Green Drive, High Point, NC. The project replaces the two (2) existing Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) units serving living spaces on floors 2-8, including tying the units into existing ductwork, replacing electrical connections, and other components necessary for a fully operating and integrated system. The DOAS will be connected to the agency's Niagara Tridium-based BMS control supervisory headend. It is very important that each company sends to HPHA all of the required paperwork. Contract for work under this IFB will obligate the Contractor to not discriminate in employment practices. HPHA encourages minority owned, women owned, and Section 3 businesses to participate. Q/A Cutoff Date: 05/19/2022 10:00 AM EDT An addendum will be issued by 6:00 p.m. on May 23, 2022. The HPHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive minor informalities in the bidding/IFB process.
