The contract is for one (1) year with an option to renew for an additional two years. (specifically- 12 Months: two, four month renewals, seasonally over the next 2 years). The term of the contract is from May 30, 2022 to September 9, 2022. Overview of the Work/Service Required: The proposed contract requires the provision of regular maintenance, clean-up, and minor repairs of one (1) recreation site listed below. The site is located north of Good Hope Lake BC. French Creek (REC0564) The Contractor will visit the site as per the schedule and frequency specified in Schedule C, for removal of garbage and sanitation of outhouse(s), minor facility repairs and paint structures as necessary.
