This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance, (ITM), services for Collingwood Facilities' Fire & Life Safety Systems, as further described in the RFQ Particulars. The type of systems requiring ITM services include, fire alarm systems, standalone fire detection systems, sprinkler/suppression systems, emergency lights, and exit lighting. The Town of Collingwood has approximately 30 facilities that require some level of ITM for fire & life safety systems. (As detailed in the inventory provided as Appendix F.) Most of the sites are located within the Town of Collinwood, except for the Stayner and Creemore Wastewater Treatment Plants. The purpose of this contract is to enter into an agreement with an experienced service provider for the provision of all scheduled semi-annual, annual, and bi-annual, (as required by Code), maintenance of these systems. Additionally, the successful proponent will provide repairs/service on an as required basis. Initial term of two (2) years plus here (3) optional extensions of one (1) year each.
