The project will by the Pennsylvania Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program by the County of Cambria. Site Improvement Activities involve all to the construction of improvements to a public wastewater system Avenue, Township of Cresson, to include, but not be limited to, the following activities: the installation of approximately 490 L.F. of 8" PVC main, of 4" laterals, 8 wyes, 3 manholes, appurtenant fittings, 50 C.Y. of test pits, , site restoration, maintenance and protection of traffic, erosion control, quality control and related appurtenances. The deposit shall be refunded only to who submit a proper Bid Proposal and return the Contract Documents in within ten (10) days after the opening of bids; otherwise the deposit shall -refundable.
