collection of Municipal Waste, including garbage, rubbish, refuse, and an annual spring trash pickup, for the period January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 or December 31, 2027, on a one (1) years or three (3) years basis. Bids for one (1) year or three (3) years, shall be effective from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 or December 31, 2027, depending on the length of the term selected by the Borough. The work consists of picking up Municipal Waste weekly for approximately 720 residences, according to bid requirement and ordinances, and Spring Cleanup. Bids must be on forms provided by the municipality. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bid Bond, in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total bid. Bids must be clearly marked "Municipal Waste Collection". Bids may be hand delivered or mailed, but must be received in the Borough Office on or before the stipulated time. Any bid received past the stipulated time described will not be considered. The successful bidder shall be required to execute the Municipal Waste COLLECTION CONTRACT, which is available for inspection, within 5 days of the award of bid. The Borough of Cresson, reserves the right to waive any informality in the Bids received and to reject any and all bids
