The Penn Cambria School District is soliciting bids for The HSA Project: High School Addition - Education Center Alterations and Additions Project. This project is a hybrid, with a separate GESA Bidding Event running concurrently with this Prime Contract Bidding Event. Bids are invited on a lump sum basis for Prime Contracts in General Construction, Food Service Construction, Fire Protection Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction. All bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes, clearly marked to identify the Project and Prime Contract Number. Bidders must submit bids by the designated deadline at the specified address. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site-walk will be held at the High School, with details provided for those wishing to attend. Project documents, specifications, and any addenda may be obtained and must be accessed online via Procore after registering by email. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, or bid bond with corporate surety for 10% of the base bid plus all alternates. The project is subject to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Prevailing Wage Rates, and other related Acts. All proposals are irrevocable for sixty days unless extended for approvals or grants. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept alternatives that meet its needs. Requests for information must be submitted by email by the established deadline. There is a separate GESA Bidding Event running concurrently with this Prime Contract Bidding Event.
