This scope of work describes the materials, and installation and disposal requirements for one change out of the digester gas fuel filter system media located at the Orange County Sanitation District's (OC San) Plant No. 1 (10844 Ellis Ave. Fountain Valley, CA) & Plant No. 2 (22212 Brookhurst, Huntington Beach, CA). Services are to be performed up to twelve (12) times per year. OC San does not guarantee usage. The filter material shall be: 3300 pounds of 4mm pelletized 70 CTC virgin, Coal based activated carbon (Top) 3300 pounds of 70 CTC 4x8 Coconut shell carbon (Middle) 3300 pounds of 4mm pelletized 80 CTC virgin, coal based activated carbon (Bottom) OC SAN HIGHLY RECOMMENDS THAT INTERESTED PARTIES REQUEST A MICROSOFT TEAMS MEETING INVITATION, AS PERTINENT INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED ON-SCREEN IN LIEU OF AN ACTUAL JOB WALK.
