The following Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services for a structural assessment is made pursuant to Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code (Professional Services Procurement Act) and all other applicable law. Brazosport College herein referred to as "College" is requesting the submission of qualification statements by firms, teams, or individuals, interested in providing professional engineering services. Those submitting qualifications under this RFQ are herein referred to as "Responding Firm". All inquiries for information regarding this solicitation should be directed in writing to: Cara Green, Procurement Specialist, at cara.green@brazosport.edu. Any attempts to contact College personnel outside of this may result in disqualification. Failure of the Responding Firm to make appropriate inquires, evaluate any special conditions, or verify requirements of this RFQ shall not relieve the Responding Firm of responsibility for fulfilling the contract in accordance with the terms of this RFQ. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
