Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Jackson, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Lake Jackson is seeking sealed Request for Proposals to identify qualified vendors interested in two projects for its water system. They are: Project 1. Locating, mapping, and geo-referencing water valves for the City of Lake Jacksons water distribution system; and Project 2. Studying City of Lake Jacksons water service lines and preparing a lead service line inventory to comply with the United States Environmental Protection Agency revised Lead and Copper Rule. Responses to the RFP should contain the following information: A brief history of your firms general background, knowledge, experience, and qualifications for one or both of the projects. Three (3) references, preferably from a municipality or organization of similar size to the City of Lake Jackson. A phased plan for meeting one or both of the projects. Only firms submitting for this RFP, and meeting qualifications based on the scoring results from the selection committee will be considered for the project. Firms may submit for any or all projects listed. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation, but the City of Lake Jackson, in its sole discretion, will determine the number of contracts awarded, and may decide to reject all proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
