Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lake Jackson, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project will include construction of a new chemical building to house chemicals, a chlorine gas system, a chlorine injection system and controls, and liquid ammonia sulfate (LAS) injection system and controls, with injection lines to the raw water header and emergency and safety equipment. a. The proposed chemical building structure, coatings, schedules, and appurtenances necessary for a complete building will be constructed in accordance with the WGA Drawings and Specifications included in the Bid Set. b. The proposed chemical building appurtenances, including the lighting, fans, heater, emergency and safety equipment, liquid chemical tanks, chemical containment, and metering pumps, and associated equipment will be constructed in accordance with the WGA Drawings and Specifications included in the Bid Set. c. The proposed chlorine injection system and equipment in the proposed building will be constructed in accordance with the HR Green Drawings and Specifications included in the Bid Set. d. The proposed electrical power, instrumentation, and control for equipment in Item b. and c. in the proposed building, as well as site power and control conduits and ductbanks, will be constructed in accordance with the HR Green Drawings and Specifications included in the Bid Set. e. The proposed chlorine and LAS injection line and work at the raw water header will be constructed in accordance with the HR Green Drawings and Specifications included in the Bid Set. f. Proposed building site civil features will be constructed in accordance with the WGA Drawings as modified in the HR Green Drawings included in the Bid Set.
