Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Snoqualmie Pass, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of July 19, 2022, project was awarded to Boss Construction, Inc., awarded amount is $496,672.03** Major quantities of work: Temporary bypass pumping and replacement of four dry pit submersible sewer lift station pumps, motors, and piping, including valves, fittings, wiring, electrical, and controls. This contract has ten (10) working days to complete the work. Bidders shall refer to Section 1-08.5 of the Standard Specifications for details. An optional site visit is being held by District staff at 9:00 a.m. on May 25th and June 1st. The meeting will begin at the District offices located at 932 Hyak Drive, Snoqualmie Pass, WA 98068. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bond or a certified check, payable to the order of the Treasurer of the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District for the sum of not less than 5% of said bid or proposal and none will be considered unless accompanied by such deposit, to be forfeited to the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District in the event the successful bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into a Contract with the City for the making and construction of the aforesaid improvement. All bids or proposals must be in writing on the form bound in the Specifications, sealed and filed with the Clerk on or before the day and hour above mentioned. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Snoqualmie Pass Utility District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities or irregularities, and after careful consideration of all bids and factors involved, make the award to best serve the interests of the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District. Contract time for this project is anticipated to begin following receipt of pumping equipment and piping materials. Work is intended to be completed during District low sewer flow period between August 1, 2022 and October 15, 2022.
