Snoqualmie Pass Utility District solicits Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from engineering consulting firms interested in being included on the District's engineering services roster. Engineering services that may be needed are Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental, Survey, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Structural. This list will be used for future projects. The District may also advertise for engineering services for specific projects. Engineering services may require expertise in wastewater lift stations, sewer collection system modifications, wastewater treatment plant modifications, annexation and ULID formation, and construction administration/management. This request for SOQs is issued on an annual basis pursuant to RCW 39.80.040 to encourage engineering firms to submit SOQs. However, this request for SOQs should not be viewed as an indication that the District is dissatisfied with the services provided by the engineering firms currently on the roster. Engineering firms currently on the Engineers Roster must submit a letter of interest to remain on the roster. Engineering firms interested in providing services to the District are invited to submit a SOQ not to exceed five (5) pages. Submittals should include the following information: firm name, contact information (phone and fax numbers, email addresses), name of principal in charge and project manager. Submittals will be evaluated on 1) key personnel, 2) firm experience with water and wastewater projects, 3) past performance and references, and 4) knowledge of the District and its facilities.
