Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Allegan, Michigan. Working plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The L.E. White Middle School Remodel Project will consist of a refresh of the buildings interior aesthetics, including polishing existing concrete floors, painting, replacement of counter tops, new casework, ceiling & ceiling tile replacement, and the complete renovation of existing bathroom groups. The existing floor plan will be modified to add a cross corridor and improve wayfinding. This project will completely overhaul the existing kitchen and servery, with a small addition to house a new walk-in cooler. The existing electrical service will be improved to support the additional demands. Finally, to accent the upgraded finishes, new lighting will be installed in a majority of the building.
