Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Allegan, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 1,330 linear feet of 12 inch, 18 inch, and 24 inch storm sewer installation. 180 linear feet of 1 foot flat bottom ditch cleanout 40,100 cubic feet detention pond construction HMA and concrete road, sidewalk, parking lot, and driveway restoration Contract documents may be examined Electronically or at the offices of: Allegan County Drain Commissioner, 113 Chestnut St, Allegan, Michigan 49010 Prein&Newhof, 697 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland, MI 49424 And some local plan rooms. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Allegan County Drain Commissioner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed no later than October 15, 2021 or forty-five (45) days from start, whichever comes first.
