Renovation of a municipal facility in Allegan, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 19 2022, the County did not receive any proposals in response. Deadline for Questions to be submitted 3:00 PM on August 11, 2022 Deadline for County's response to questions 5:00 PM on August 12, 2022 1.1 Contractor shall procure and replace up to twelve aging heat pumps on the ground floor and first floor of the Allegan County Courthouse, located at 113 Chestnut Street, Allegan, MI. 1.2 The heat pumps being considered for replacement are listed in Attachment B and identified by location in Exhibit A. Most are housed in the ceiling behind removable ceiling tiles. 1.3 The final set of heat pumps to be replaced will depend on proposed costs and funding availability and shall be finalized in writing as part of the Agreement clarifications. 1.4 All heat pumps are to be replaced with equivalent units. Contractor Inquiries - due by 3:00 p.m. on August 11, 2022. Should Contractor find any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts within the RFP packet, be in doubt about their meaning, or have any questions about the RFP process or the scope of work, they should bring such questions in writing to the attention of: Kristin VanAtter - Project Management Specialist Allegan County - County Services Building 3283 122nd Ave Allegan, MI 49010 projects@allegancounty.org County Response - posted by 5:00 p.m. on August 12, 2022. The County will compile and review all questions received from contractors and post responses to the County website as an RFP Clarification. Clarifications modifying the Agreement or Scope of Work will be incorporated into the final Agreement. The County will not be responsible for any oral instructions.
