Other mechanical upgrades as indicated in Drawings. 3. Electrical: a. Replacement of existing light fixtures in specific locations identified in Drawings. b. Replacement of existing exit signs throughout the facility. c. New occupancy sensor lighting controls in specific locations identified in Drawings. d.
