Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Morris, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Morris invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide all labor (including any required training, licensing and certifications) supervision, materials, tools and equipment required to furnish painting/staining tasks. Including but not limited to, interior painting, exterior painting, exterior deck staining and various tasks upon Town of Morris request. Services to be rendered on the listed locations (Morris Town Beach Pavilion and Lakeside Lodge) Current Service requests are: 1. Exterior staining on the backside of pavilion 2. Exterior Staining of the Lakeside Lodge Handicap ramp as well as staining the deck on the north side of the Lakeside Lodge Contractor will provide all materials necessary Contractor must provide a copy of liability insurance Contractor must coordinate with Public Works before starting the project.
