Site work for a civil project in Morris, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Town of Morris invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide all labor (including any required training, licensing and certifications) supervision, materials, tools, signs, barricades and equipment required to furnish tasks. Including but not limited to: Project Location: 19 East Shore Rd for Head wall #1 (inlet side) Marsh Point for Head wall #2 (outlet side) 1. Saw cut remove and dispose of roadway asphalt as needed 2. Demolition and removal of existing concrete headwall 3. Prep and Place new 4000 psi concrete cast in place headwall 4. Re build wing walls as needed 5. Gravel and compact in lifts and bring to grade 6. Raise grade around edge of the bank and rip rap as needed 7. All disturbed areas will be top soiled and seeded The Town of Morris will provide back fill material necessary to complete this project. The Town of Morris will provide replacement of existing guardrail as well as fine grading and paving. Contractor must provide a copy of liability insurance.
