Bidders are responsible for all printing costs and shipping costs, as applicable. Documents will be available Form 818 Standard Specifications and Supplemental Specifications may be obtained via the Connecticut Department of Transportation online All Proposals must be on the form furnished by the Town of Morris and must be requested for the abovenamed project. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid a certified check, or a bid bond, for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid as provided in the Information for Bidders. THIS CONTRACT IS NOT SUBJECT TO STATE SET-ASIDE AND CONTRACT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS The attention of the Bidders is called to the requirement for Minimum State Wage Rates to be paid under this Contract The right is reserved to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid and to waive any informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Morris. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within one hundred eighty calendar (120) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
