Each Bidder Must Deposit With His/her Bid a Bid Bond for Not Less Than Five Percent (10%) of the Bid as Provided in the Information for Bidders. A Certified Check Will Not Be Accepted in Lieu of a Bid Bond. No Proposal Will Be Accepted Unless Accompanied by the Required Bid Bond. The Town Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality or to Reject Any or All Bids Should It Be in the Town's Best Interest to Do So. A Maintenance Bond, in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Contract Sum Shall Be Required After Completion of the Work and Prior to Final Payment This Contract is Subject to State Set-aside and Contract Compliance Requirements The Attention of the Bidders is Called to the Requirement for Minimum State Wage Rates to Be Paid Under This Contract The Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Bids in Whole or in Part, to Award Any Item, Group of Items, or Total Bid and to Waive Any Informality or Technical Defects, if It is Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Town of Morris. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid Within One Hundred Eighty Calendar (120) Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof.
