The project known as "HVAC Project at the Mauch Chunk Opera House" is a project to install the HVAC system in the historic Mauch Chunk Opera House located in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. The award will be made, usually within thirty (30) days, to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting at bid in the conformity with the specification. However, the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/29/2022 4:00 PM Liquidated Damages will be deducted from his final payment at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per calendar day
