A general manager, supported by a staff of 475 water professionals, manages the day-to-day operations of Fairfax Water. B. The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award a contract to a qualified offeror for janitorial services at FW facilities located throughout Fairfax County, Virginia. FW desires to award one contract as a result of this RFP.
