The City of Fairfax ("City" or "Owner") is soliciting competitive bids from licensed, qualified firms for rehabilitation of the twin culvert system that conveys the north fork of the Accotink Creek under Plantation Pkwy. Elements of this project include lining of the CMP culverts, crack repairs, foundation reinforcement, and sealant application to wing walls, vegetation removal behind the head/wing walls, rehabilitation of two inflow channels, construction of a plunge pool on the outfall side of the culvert, and ancillary tasks necessary to complete these elements. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, material, transportation and resources necessary to complete the described Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
