Sealed bids are hereby solicited for the dredging and removal of approximately 9,850 cubic yards (CY) of sediment. This project is in the Providence Magisterial District of Fairfax County, Virginia. The project includes the following: (1) dredging and removal of sediment, (4) rehabilitation of the shoreline to provide aquatic safety bench, (3) installation of stabilized turf access for future maintenance activity, (4) installation of six floating island/wetlands, and (5) landscape plantings. Construction stakeout is the Contractor's responsibility. This is a lump sum Contract. Contract length is 300 calendar days.
