The City of South Gate (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide professional services to successfully administer and implement the HVAC Equipment Maintenance, Monitoring, and Repair Service Contract. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all qualified labor, equipment, material, and transportation necessary to perform maintenance, repair and monitoring of HVAC equipment at various City facilities during the contract term. The contractor shall remove the existing and install of new monitoring equipment at the facilities described in this document once the contract is awarded. As part of the work, the Contractor shall prepare an HVAC facilities condition assessment report for the City to develop a future equipment upgrade program. The successful contractor shall be solely responsible for maintaining all HVAC equipment at the City facilities in good working order. Contract Term: The term of the contract is for three (3) years. At the conclusion of the three year period, the City at its option may renew this contract for up to two (2) additional years in one year increments.
