Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Luray, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of roadway widening, curb and gutter, entrances, sidewalk, utilities, stormwater management, and pavement markings, together with all appurtenances, utility relocations and incidental items required to complete the work. Bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid bond. Bid security must be in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a bid bond issued by a surety. All questions must be received no later than April 22, 2022 at 4:00 PM local time. Questions related to the ITB or requests for clarification shall be directed to Mr. Tyler Austin, Project Manager, by email to taustin@raceyengineering.com. Oral questions will not be permitted. Construction of roadway widening, curb and gutter, entrances, sidewalk, utilities, stormwater management, and pavement markings, together with all appurtenances, utility relocations and incidental items required to complete the work. Entire project must be substantially completed by November 15, 2021.
