Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Luray, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Demolition of existing concrete and wooden pergola structure, as well as the construction of new concrete, curbing, handicap ramps, bollard and light pole foundations, and anchor bolt installation at Ruffner Plaza located at 14 S. Hawksbill Street, Luray, VA 22835. The final day for email questions is February 28, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. The project will require coordination with the Town and other on-site contractors providing new electrical underground feeds, light poles, and the installation of the new sail shade. Priority shall be given to removal and replacement of the portion of the concrete for the Greenway Trail as well as access to the parking lot and adjacent businesses.
