This solicitation is being conducted on behalf of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) to include its 23 Community Colleges, System Office, and Shared Services Center. The VCCS entities with immediate needs include Laurel Ridge Community College (LRCC) for grounds maintenance services for its Luray location located at 200 College Drive, Luray, Virginia 22835. Any of the VCCS entities may, but are not obligated unless otherwise stated, to utilize any contract(s) awarded as a result of this solicitation.
