Site work and paving for a road / highway in Three Lakes, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Reconstruction of roadways in the Town of Three Lakes - Contract B is for pulverizing existing surface, addition of base course, shaping to produce acceptable drainage and asphalt pavement or double chip seal construction with spot Carlson screed asphalt curb, storm sewer, tree removal and ditching on approximately 9.4 miles of multiple roads. This contract consists of the following approximate quantities: 3/4 -inch CABC Placement (25,000 tons), Hot-mix Asphalt Pavement (8,900 tons), Double Chip Seal (10,000 square yards), and Fog Seal (10,000 square yards). Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Town of Three Lakes within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal road construction. The Town of Three Lakes reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
