The Streets include the following: o Barry Road (South Lake Avenue to Wilmot Avenue) o Hunt Avenue (Burden Avenue to North Lake Avenue) o Toms Avenue (368th Avenue to Burden Avenue) o Pawley Avenue (Lance Drive to Richter Court) o Thomas Court (Pawley Avenue to the north) o Indian Point Road (Lance Drive to end) The Contract consists of these units: 12-inch to 36-inch Storm Sewer (1,250 lineal feet), Pulverizing Asphalt Pavement (18,550 square yards), Milling Asphalt Pavement (1,500 square yards), Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement (6,000 tons), and Curb & Gutter (132 lineal feet). Appurtenances to the above construction items, such as manhole adjustments, are included but not listed. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Additonal Description: Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Twin Lakes within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal earthwork construction. Portions of the project are funded through a Local Road Improvements (LRIP) grant from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The Village of Twin Lakes reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
