Site work for a water / sewer project in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lining existing 24-inch sanitary sewers, consisting of the approximate quantities: 24-inch diameter sewer lining (3,500 lineal feet) and sanitary manhole lining (7 each). The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Twin Lakes within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Twin Lakes reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 10/17/2025
