Storm sewer improvement on Zerfas Drive, Bay View Avenue and South Lake Avenue, consisting of the following approximate quantities: 12 and 18-inch CMP Storm Sewer (375 lineal feet), 30-inch HDPE Storm Sewer (225 lineal feet), 15-inch RCP Storm Sewer Point Repair (25 lineal feet), Pavement Restoration (1,000 square yards), and Landscape Restoration (1,500 square yards). The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Twin Lakes reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Twin Lakes within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Question Deadline 06/19/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Award is subject to final approval.
