Site work and paving for a civil project in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PROJECT PLEASE CONTACT: LEN J. ROECKER, P.E., P.L.S. PROJECT MANAGER A certified check or bid bond payable without condition to Kenosha County in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted a proper contract and bond will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid. If such bidder fails to execute and file such contract and bond, the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages. \ This project is a 2022-2023 County Highway Improvement Supplemental (C.H.I.S.) Project under the Wisconsin Local Roads Improvement Program (L.R.I.P.). \ No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Kenosha County Department of Public Works for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening bids. Each bidder agrees upon submission of bid that if the same be accepted within said time period, he shall be bound by the terms of acceptance hereinafter contained. \ The Kenosha County Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, or to accept any bid which may be most advantageous to, and in the best interest of Kenosha County.
