Site work and paving for a road / highway in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for a single contract for street resurfacing in the Village of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. The project encompasses resurfacing the following streets: Highland Avenue (Indian Point Road to Bayview Avenue), Rhyner's Lane (Highland Avenue to end), Bayview Avenue (Indian Point Road to Swanson Court), Waldeck Drive (Indian Point Road to Indian Point Road), with alternative bids for Highland Drive (Bonnie Brae Avenue to Indian Point Road) and Swanson Court (Lance Drive to Bayview Avenue). Approximate quantities include 15,000 square yards of street pulverizing and 3,400 tons of hot-mix asphalt pavement. Quantities are subject to change without notice. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Twin Lakes within the past year or pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline according to Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bid must include a bid security equivalent to 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must have experience in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Twin Lakes reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities in any bid.
