Description

Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Odanah, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center.

The Bad River Tribe seeks Architecture and Engineering Services for a new construction Native Boys and Girls Club building. The project site is on undeveloped wooded land on the Bad River Reservation and is funded in part by the USDA Rural Development program. Familiarity with USDA compliance procedures is required. Site and environmental reports are available upon request. The location is on Abinoojiyag Road, Odanah, Ashland, WI. Bidders should refer to site maps included in the RFP for specific directions to the project site, located immediately north of the Bad River HeadStart building. Bid submissions must be received by mail or hand delivery to the designated address by 4 pm on the specified closing date. See the attached RFP for project parameters, bid scope, and submission procedures. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
