Site Directions: The site is approximately 2 miles west of the Bad River Casino. The access road is located on the north side of US Hwy 2, approximately 250 feet east of the intersection of US Hwy 2 and Government Road. The Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa is soliciting proposals to delineate wetland boundaries near and along the access road to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) discharge structure. The required delineation is approximately 850 feet in length by 66 feet wide. Field work is expected to begin in August 2025, with completion by September 15, 2025. Final completion/report submission will be due October 31, 2025 Indian preference will be used in accordance with the Owner's Indian Preference Policy in selecting a Contractor Scope of Work: Conduct the wetland delineations in accordance with the 1987 Army Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual and all subsequent versions and supplemental materials. A final report of the wetland delineation shall contain the following components: a. A summary of findings from the wetland delineations completed, including a description of the types of wetlands on site using classifications consistent with Steve D. Eggers, and Donald M. (1997); b. A functional assessment of each different wetland type within the project, using a method approved by the Water Resources Program of the Bad River Natural Resources Department; c. A description of the method used to delineate wetlands; d. A description of existing environmental conditions; e. A description of any problems encountered during the wetland delineations; f. A description of any endangered or threatened species encountered during project implementation; g. A description and location for any non-native invasive species encountered during project implementation; h. A copy of the completed wetland delineation field data sheets; i. A copy of site photographs; j. A map showing the locations of sample sites for the wetland delineations; k. A map showing the locations of the delineated wetland boundaries and the different wetland types as well as other surface water resources;A shapefile containing the wetland delineation boundaries and wetland types that is compatible with ArcMap Version 10.3.1; m. A copy of supporting information (such as aerial photographs, etc.) and other relevant information utilized to complete the wetland delineations. The selected contractor must also present the findings of the wetland delineations at a meeting with relevant Bad River Tribal employees. IV.
